Q2) When can I expect my item?
A2) Shipping times may vary depending on each item, please refer to the product pages for individual shipping information!
Q3) What kind of merch do you make?
A3) I usually make SKZ inspired merch, but I do occasionally release merch of original works, anime, manga, other K-pop groups, VTubers, webtoons, and whatever I'm interested in at the time!
Q4) Why does my order take so long to ship out?
A4) Most of my items are for pre-order and for the items that are larger/more complex- the process may take anywhere between 1-5 months from start to finish! Additionally, I am only 1 person working on all orders, so please give me some grace. I do always try my best to give customers frequent updates, as I work on orders!
Q5) Do you ever sell your merch in person?
A5) Sometimes! If you follow my IG, I will update my next in person events!
Q6) Where are you based out of?
A6) All of my operations are out of the DFW area in Texas! Yeehaw!
